So the government's official position is the opposite of what the government is actually doing.
The question is, how do governments, which are supposed to represent the people's will, keep getting away with this, all over the Western world, decade after decade?
I hope I don’t misunderstand, but if ”populism” means a ”populist party” I’m afraid it would be just another fool game - just look at what all ”left” movements do : they’ré supposed to stand with the people but.. (you know the music 😖).
But if it means people massively saying NO, stopping blind obedience, having the courage to resist the threats and coercitive laws... then things will change. I hope so. More and more voices raise up !
